Summer Garden Fair
The main reason I chose to visit Cape Town last week was because my very special friend, Katie, was visiting from India. She’s launching her new business, Bizous, and was selling her wares at a lovely garden fair in Newlands.
The fair is organised every year in aid of Colleens Place of Hope for Aids Babies.
It was such a fun way to spend a Friday, having tea and scones while browsing through all the different stalls.
This is Katie’s Bizous stand!

These were gorgeous printed aprons.
And some woven baskets.
Just loved the sweet little heart bread boards.
This stand really caught my attention, as everything is made by job creation projects. The necklaces are from Missibaba, the crocheted cushions by Moxy Crochet and the crocheted Ball Lamp Shades are a new products being made in a collaboration between Moxy and the girl in the photo, Danny.
I think they are just beautiful, and are such a clever idea! Don’t you?
