Chloe’s Workshop
By far my most inspiring outing of last week was my visit to the combined workshop of Missibaba and Twine. I just adored seeing a room filled with colourful leather off-cuts, works in progress, products completed, jobs created, and beautiful things in general, all around. I have never come across someone who is as talented creatively as Chloe Townsend. Her ideas are completely unique, and the amount of detail which goes into each of her creations is mesmerising. I walked out not wanting one, but all 25 of the different designs of leather bags – I have a lot of saving to do!
Anyway, instead of babbling on, I’m going to show you the photo’s I took. The first few are of the Twine section of the workshop, where Chloe and Cara’s organic fabrics are printed, cut and sewn up into different things. The rest are from Missibaba’s section, where ideas are conceived, and true works of art are manufactured.
