		<description>I could rant here for hours on this subject - Telkom just fixed my line today after raising the fault on the 2nd of March, and don&#039;t even get me started on wireless like Iburst - they seem even worse - took me months to try sort my connection out and finally gave up! It&#039;s such a pity as we really are at the mercy of the &#039;service&#039; providers! Good luck with getting your lines up again and let&#039;s hope that cheaper, faster and more importantly, more reliablie connectivity isn&#039;t too much of a pipe dream!</description>
